- Can I try it free first?
Yes.
Signing up is free, and you enter your card in the payment window only when you apply for a paid plan.
A paid plan starts only when you apply for it yourself on your account page or in the plan window in the editor.
- What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time with ‘Cancel plan’ in your plan box on your account page.
You keep the paid features until the period you already paid for ends, then you move to the free plan with no further charge.
You update your card and view receipts under ‘Manage billing’.
- Can I get a refund?
You can get a full refund until 24:00 Korea time on the 7th day, counting from the day after your first payment.
If that day is a Saturday, Sunday, or Korean holiday, the window runs through the next business day.

- Where do I enter my card details?
In the checkout window of Polar, our merchant of record.
Polar sells the paid plans and takes the card number directly in that window.
It does not pass through LinkStar and is not kept by LinkStar.
