- Can I try it free first?
- Yes. Signing up is free, and you enter your card in the payment window only when you apply for a paid plan. A paid plan starts only when you apply for it yourself on your account page or in the plan window in the editor.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You can cancel any time under ‘Manage billing’ on your account page. You keep the paid features until the period you already paid for ends, then you move to the free plan with no further charge. You also change your card and check receipts under Manage billing.
- Can I get a refund?
- Within 7 days of your first payment you can withdraw your purchase. Where to ask, and the part deducted for what you already used, are in the payment notice above.
- Where do I enter my card details?
- In the payment window of Polar, the payment agent that sells the paid plans. Polar takes the card number directly in that window. It does not pass through LinkStar and is not kept by LinkStar.
